Job summary

Trust Recruit Pte Ltd in the Philippines seeks a Warehouse and Logistics Operator to handle daily warehouse tasks, inventory management, and export documentation. The role supports both office and warehouse environments to ensure accurate stock movements and timely shipments.

You will manage filing, handle international shipping preparations, and uphold strong attention to detail within a safety-focused setting.

Qualifications

• Basic computer literacy is required.
• Forklift licence and MHE experience are advantageous.
• Experience in international logistics and export operations is advantageous.
• Knowledge of Hazmat/DG export rules, especially for lithium batteries, is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Self-motivated, responsible and able to work independently.

• Create and manage export documentation to ensure timely delivery of international shipments.

• Accurately pick and pack released orders.

• Update and maintain inventory transaction records.

• Record all inbound and outbound stock movements on a daily basis.

• Ensure warehouse areas are clean, organized, and well maintained.

• Conduct regular inventory counts.

Requirements

• Basic computer literacy

• Forklift licence and experience operating Material Handling Equipment (MHE) will be an advantage

• Experience in international logistics and export operations will be an advantage

• Knowledge of Hazmat/DG export rules and procedures, particularly for lithium batteries, will be an advantage

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
