Qualifications

• College level or bachelor’s degree in logistics or business administration
• Minimum 5 years of related experience
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint
• Strong focus on accuracy, completeness and customer service
• Analytical, independent, flexible, deadline-oriented and able to multi-task

Responsibilities

• Support the Logistics Supervisor in day-to-day warehouse operations
• Ensure timely receiving of delivered goods/commodities
• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper control processes
• Ensure compliance with warehouse protocols and GMP/GWP
• Inspect warehouse tools, machinery and forklifts for safe operation
• Enforce workplace safety and report hazards
