Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Leader to oversee all warehouse activities, align operations with the company’s policy and vision, and drive data-driven improvements through analytics. You will manage inbound and outbound flows, returns, inventory, costs and SLAs; develop the team, implement policies, and produce regular KPI and cost reports.

Candidates should have 8–10 years in warehouse operations, a relevant degree, and strong leadership

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
8–10 years total work experience focusing on warehouse operations or related field.
Strong leadership and analytical skills to assess data and draw conclusions.
Knowledge of warehousing KPIs and data-driven decision making.
Hands-on experience with warehouse management software and databases.

Responsibilities

Oversee the overall warehouse operations.
Manage warehouse in compliance with company policies and vision.
Conduct studies and provide recommendations to management through analytics.
Manage analyses including cost/benefit, cost-optimization, delivery/returns performance, forecasts, feasibility.
