Job summary

CTT.Synergy Corporation is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead its central warehouse operations in Metro Manila. This full-time role oversees inventory, staff, and logistics coordination to drive safe, cost-effective performance.

You will manage 3PL partners, optimize inbound/outbound flows, and ensure real-time data integrity across WMS/ERP systems. The position emphasizes leadership, safety, and continuous improvement across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics roles.
• Willingness to work across multiple sites within Metro Manila.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the central warehouse, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Serve as the primary liaison with 3PL partners and monitor SLA performance.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics, routing, and freight cost control.
• Maintain real-time data integrity with WMS/ERP systems.
• Establish and report on KPIs such as accuracy, dock-to-stock time, and costs.
• Lead and develop the central warehouse team with a focus on safety and continuous improvement.
