Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the central warehouse, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Serve as the primary liaison with 3PL partners and monitor SLA performance.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics, routing, and freight cost control.
• Maintain real-time data integrity with WMS/ERP systems.
• Establish and report on KPIs such as accuracy, dock-to-stock time, and costs.
• Lead and develop the central warehouse team with a focus on safety and continuous improvement.

About the role

CTT.Synergy Corporation is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to join our operations team in Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient, safe and cost-effective operation of our warehouse facilities. As Warehouse Manager, you will oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, from inventory management and staff supervision to logistics coordination and facility maintenance. This role is central to our supply chain success and directly impacts our ability to serve our customers effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Central Warehouse Management: Oversee all daily operations of our primary fulfillment hub, including high-volume receiving, optimized space utilization, cross-docking, and inventory accuracy.




• 3PL & Third-Party Warehousing Oversight: Act as the primary liaison for third-party warehousing partners. Monitor 3PL performance metrics, enforce Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and coordinate inventory balancing across the network.




• Logistics & Freight Coordination: Optimize inbound and outbound logistics networks. Partner with freight forwarders, carriers, and internal supply chain teams to streamline routing, reduce lead times, and control shipping costs.




• Inventory Integration: Maintain real-time data integrity across the central warehouse and external 3PL systems using advanced Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.




• Process Improvement & KPIs: Establish, track, and report on key logistics metrics (e.g., order accuracy, dock-to-stock time, 3PL storage costs, and inventory turnover).




• Team Leadership: Lead, train, and develop a high-performing central warehouse team, fostering a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and accountability.

2. 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or similar logistics operations roles




3. Willing to work on multiple site location within Metro Manila




4. Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively




5. A relevant qualification in logistics, supply chain management or warehouse operations is highly desirable
