Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years in warehouse operations with 3+ in a managerial role.
• Experience in building materials or retail distribution is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and distribution processes.
• Familiarity with WMS/ERP systems; Odoo is an advantage.
• Proficient in Excel and inventory reporting.

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, including inventory management, receiving, storage, distribution, and delivery coordination. This role ensures efficient warehouse processes, inventory accuracy, operational productivity, and compliance with safety standards while leading a high-performing warehouse team.

Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

• Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods
• Ensure efficient utilization of warehouse space and resources
• Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency
• Monitor warehouse performance and implement process improvements

Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels
• Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Ensure proper storage and handling of materials and products
• Supervise, train, and develop warehouse personnel
• Set performance goals and monitor team productivity
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
• Manage workforce scheduling and labor requirements

Logistics & Distribution

• Coordinate with Procurement, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure timely fulfillment of orders
• Monitor inbound and outbound shipments
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of products to customers and branches

Safety & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and warehouse standards
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain a safe working environment
• Implement proper security measures to safeguard inventory and assets

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• At least 5 years of warehouse operations experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
• Preferably from the building materials, construction, home furnishings, home improvement, hardware, retail distribution, or related industries
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehousing, and distribution processes
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP systems (Odoo experience is an advantage)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory reporting
• Strong leadership, people management, and operational planning skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Experience managing large inventories, multiple product categories, and warehouse personnel
