Role Description

The Warehouse Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Rosario,Pasig responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations for chilled and dry products. This role plans and monitors inbound and outbound activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch, ensuring accurate inventory levels and timely deliveries. The Warehouse Manager manages warehouse staff schedules, performance, and safety compliance, while implementing standard operating procedures and continuous improvement initiatives. The position also coordinates closely with logistics, production, and sales teams to meet service level targets, maintain product quality, and optimize space utilization and material handling. The role requires hands‑on supervision on the warehouse floor and effective use of warehouse management systems and reporting tools.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in warehouse operations management, including inventory control, order fulfillment, and distribution for FMCG or food products.
• Strong leadership skills with experience supervising warehouse teams, managing performance, and fostering a culture of safety and accountability.
• Proficiency with warehouse management system, barcoding or scanning tools, and basic data analysis using spreadsheets or similar software.
• Knowledge of logistics, supply chain processes, and coordination with transport providers for both chilled and dry goods.
• Solid understanding of warehouse safety standards, food handling and storage requirements, and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with internal departments and external partners, and preparing clear operational reports.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• Prior experience in a warehouse manager or supervisor role within the food manufacturing, distribution, or cold chain sector is highly beneficial.
• Willingness to work on‑site Rosario, Pasig City and to be physically present on the warehouse floor as operational needs require.
