Job summary

AXELUM RESOURCES CORP. is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead and optimize warehouse operations, inventory management, and distribution activities across our manufacturing facilities.

The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of warehouse experience in a fast-paced environment, strong leadership, and expertise in WMS/ERP systems to drive efficiency and safety. This role focuses on accuracy, process improvements, and timely fulfillment of customer and production needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in warehouse operations and inventory management, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse systems, inventory control, and material handling processes.
• Experience in leading warehouse teams and managing day-to-day operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems (WMS/ERP).
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on operational efficiency.
• Knowledge of workplace safety, regulatory compliance, and warehouse best practices.

Responsibilities

• Warehouse Operations Management - Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, dispatch, and inventory control to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Inventory Management - Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock audits, and ensure proper material handling and storage practices.
• Team Leadership - Lead, train, and develop warehouse personnel to drive productivity, accountability, and operational excellence.
• Process Improvement - Identify operational inefficiencies and implement best practices to enhance warehouse productivity and accuracy.
• Safety & Compliance - Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, environmental standards, and warehouse operating procedures.
• Coordination & Planning - Work with production, logistics, procurement, and other departments to support operational requirements and timely deliveries.
• Warehouse Systems Management - Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP tools to monitor inventory movements and warehouse performance.
• Performance Monitoring - Track warehouse KPIs, prepare operational reports, and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.
• Cost Control - Monitor warehouse operational costs and implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining service quality and efficiency.
