Job Summary

The Warehouse Manager oversees the high-velocity storage and distribution of fast-moving consumer goods (beverages). This role requires an expert in maximum throughput, strict First-In, First-Out (FIFO) rotation, and shelf-life management.

Key Responsibilities

• High-Velocity Throughput. Manage rapid product turnover, coordinating constant inbound shipments from manufacturing plants and relentless outbound distribution

• Cross-Docking Optimization. Implement and manage cross-docking procedures to move high-demand goods directly from receiving to shipping docks, minimizing storage time and handling costs.

• Peak Season Scalability. Strategically manage inventory levels and temporary labor scaling during promotional surges, holidays, and seasonal demand spikes.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Inventory Turnover Ratio.

• Order Cycle Time.

• Delivery performance measure evaluating whether the supply chain delivered what was expected, where it was expected, and when.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3–5 years in high-volume, fast-paced warehouse management, specifically within the FMCG, food and beverage, or consumer goods sectors.

• Technical Skills: Advanced mastery of SAP software, capable of managing complex batch, lot, and date-code picking rules.

• Regulatory Knowledge: Strong familiarity with food safety regulations, HACCP principles, and warehouse management.

• Proven ability to manage massive daily volume fluctuations and tight distribution windows required by major retail clients.
