• Inspect material quality and report discrepancies; ensure safety compliance.
• Prepare and submit site activity and inventory reports; support fuel usage docs.
• Perform additional tasks to support operations as needed.

Your organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail will play a critical role in maintaining the efficiency of our site operations.

Core Responsibilities

• SiteOperations and Documentation
• Monitorand document daily site activities including manpower, visitor logs, andequipment usage.
• Managethe reception and documentation of materials and tools, ensuring theymatch delivery receipts and are in operational condition.
• Senddaily attendance logs and site reports through appropriate communicationchannels.
• Inventoryand Material Management
• Maintainand update inventory records for materials and tools.
• Performregular checks to ensure all materials are accounted for and storedproperly.
• Organizeand oversee the withdrawal and return of construction materials and toolsin accordance with project requirements.
• QualityControl and Safety
• Inspectthe quality of materials and aggregates delivered to the site, reportingany discrepancies or issues.
• Ensureall site operations comply with safety standards and report any incidentsor unsafe conditions.
• AdministrativeSupport
• Assistin preparing and submitting reports related to site activities,inventory, and incident management.
• Supportthe coordination of material requests and fuel usage documentation toensure smooth operation of site machinery and vehicles.
