Job summary

Best Resource Inc. seeks a logistics-focused driver to plan routes, inspect vehicles, and support fleet operations in the Concepcion, Tarlac region. The role includes occasional driving to move goods and coordinating maintenance activities.

Ideal candidates will have a Professional Driver’s License (preferably with restrictions for medium/heavy vehicles) and basic mechanical knowledge. This position offers growth within a stable local fleet and competitive incentives.

Qualifications

• Location: Must be based in or willing to work in Concepcion, Tarlac.
• Route familiarity: Preferably with knowledge of Region 3 highways, bypass routes, and truck-ban regulations.
• Driving ability: Strongly preferred with valid Professional Driver’s License (restriction code for medium/heavy vehicles is a strong plus).
• Technical knowledge: Basic understanding of truck mechanics, parts, and general troubleshooting preferred.

Route Planning & Logistics: Utilize strong familiarity with Region 3 roads and designated truck routes to optimize transport efficiency and avoid delays or prohibited road zones.

Vehicle Inspection & Basic Maintenance: Conduct routine checks on truck condition, identify basic mechanical/parts issues, and perform minor troubleshooting or repairs as needed.

Driving Duties: Serve as a backup or active driver when required to transport goods or equipment safely across the region.

Fleet Support: Coordinate vehicle servicing and assist with parts identification to keep transport units in good running condition.
