Job summary

Human Nature (Gandang Kalikasan, Inc.) is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Manager to direct warehousing and transport operations across three sites: the e-commerce warehouse in Quezon City and two plants in Laguna. You will lead a ~150-strong team, ensuring productivity, process optimization, and a healthy work-life balance while safeguarding service levels.

The role requires managing bulk and small orders, fleet coordination, 3PL relationships, and coaching the team to live our values.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of managerial experience in warehousing within FMCG or similar industries.
• Overseeing at least 75 personnel across multiple sites.
• Experience handling both bulk warehousing and high-volume small orders (e-commerce).
• Background in sensitive supply chains (food, pharma, personal care) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement of all warehouse (WH) processes for efficient receiving, storage, and release of goods.

We are seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Manager to effectively direct, manage, and oversee efficient warehousing and transport operations across our three key sites: the e-commerce warehouse in Quezon City, and 2 Plant in Laguna. The role will also include overseeing the company’s overall distribution network. You will be responsible for managing a team of approximately 150 staff for those 3 sites, ensuring that productivity, process optimization, and operational targets are consistently met while safeguarding the work-life balance of our employees.

The role involves handling a diverse range of goods, raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods ranging from small e-commerce orders to large bulk shipments to nationwide accounts. Additionally, you will manage the logistics team, which is responsible for our in-house fleet and coordination with third-party logistics (3PL) providers.

Main Responsibilities:

• 1. Lead in continuous improvement for all WH processesEfficient receiving, storing, and releasing of goods; properly documented and following agreed quality standardsPush service level in order fulfillment for both regular orders and bulk ordersEnsure accurate and updated inventory control through regular physical counts and reconciliation with the data systemAdhere to efficient space utilization and layoutMaintain standards of safety, health, and securityProtect the work-life balance of our team
• 2. Stay on top of the fleet management and distribution for all sales channels while protecting the work-life balance of our team.
• 3. Negotiate terms with suppliers, especially for 3PL.
• 4. Coach and direct team members towards excellence with a heart that seeks to build them up, consistent with our 5 company values.
• 5. Work to deliver optimum service level to both internal and external customers.
• 6. Plan ahead to provide both strategic and operational recommendations to management to further the company’s vision and mission, and achieve its business goals.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 7 years of managerial experience in warehousing within the FMCG or similar industries, overseeing at least 75 personnel, with a solid background in distribution management.
• Proven experience in handling both bulk customer warehousing and high-volume small orders (e-commerce) distribution.
• Experience in personal care, food, pharma, or other industries with sensitive supply chains is a plus.
• Track record of enhancing warehouse and distribution operations, with the ability to explain and demonstrate the improvements made.
• Strong faith-driven leadership, living out personal values with integrity, and demonstrating compassion for others in the workplace.
• Ability to manage conflict maturely, with strong problem-solving skills and a focus on team harmony.
• Strong coaching and mentoring abilities, seeing yourself as a guide to help others grow professionally.

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills in both English and Tagalog.
• Preferably based in the South, with the ability to work 3-4 times a week at the southern sites and 1-2 times a week in Quezon City.
