Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• At least 5 years in warehouse/inventory management with supervisory experience.
• Experience with construction materials, heavy equipment parts, aircraft parts, tools or industrial supplies preferred.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, stock reconciliation, warehouse systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversees warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, issuance and dispatch of materials and equipment.
• Implements inventory monitoring to ensure accuracy and accountability.
• Conducts physical inventory counts and reconciles discrepancies against system records.
• Monitors stock levels and movements to prevent shortages, losses, and overstocking.
• Ensures documentation of purchase orders, delivery receipts, issuance slips, and stock transfers.
• Coordinates with Management, Procurement, Project, Operations, and Finance teams for timely material availability.
• Investigates discrepancies, damaged goods, missing items, and unauthorized stock movements.
• Monitors warehouse organization, storage conditions, and safety compliance.
• Supervises warehouse personnel and ensures adherence to procedures and targets.
• Prepares inventory reports and recommendations for process improvement.
• Identifies opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and cost control.
