Job summary

Arvin International Marketing Inc. is seeking an experienced Assistant Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse, inventory, logistics, and distribution operations for salt, rice, chemicals, and other products.

You will manage safe handling, storage, and movement, while coordinating with port and logistics partners. The role requires 5+ years of warehouse management experience, SAP WMS proficiency, and strong leadership and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams including

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
Minimum 5 years of warehouse management experience.
Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory or managerial role.
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, storage and distribution logistics.
SAP WMS experience is required.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory, picking, loading and dispatch.
Ensure proper handling, storage, segregation, and documentation of products.
Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliations.
Manage capacity, layout, traceability and FIFO/FEFO practices where applicable.
Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with partners and service providers.
