Job summary

ARCHEMICALS CORP. is seeking a warehouse associate to receive and inspect incoming materials, verify against documents, and organize items for storage.

You will perform regular inventory, report discrepancies, maintain 5S, and coordinate with other departments to fulfill material requests, while complying with ISO/QMS, Halal standards, and safety procedures. Applicants should be detail-oriented and ready to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming materials and supplies against approved documents.
• Record and update inventory transactions, including receipts, issuances, returns, and transfers.
• Issue materials only upon authorized request or approved MRS.
• Conduct regular physical inventory and report discrepancies.
• Properly label, arrange, segregate, and store materials.
• Monitor stock levels and report low, damaged, expired, or missing items.
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and 5S in the warehouse.
• Ensure proper filing and safekeeping of warehouse documents and records.
• Comply with company safety, ISO/QMS, Halal, and warehouse procedures.
• Coordinate with other departments regarding material requests and availability.
• Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor
