Job summary

Hocheng Philippines Corporation (HCG) is seeking a Warehouse/Inventory Clerk to manage materials for production, issue and prepare packaging supplies, and maintain accurate daily stock records in the Dasmariñas area.

The role requires 1–2 years of warehousing or inventory experience, proficiency in Excel, and familiarity with SAP is a plus. You will support Kanban workflows, ensure safe storage, and help achieve KPI targets in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in any 4-year course.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
With 1-2 years of work experience in Warehousing or Inventory Management.
Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
Familiarity with inventory management, material handling, and proper stacking/storage is preferred.
Organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

Receive, issue, and prepare packaging materials and consumables based on production requirements.
Prepare and assemble tank fitting materials for conveyor and batching lines according to approved specifications.
Monitor material movement, maintain daily inventory records, and update the Kanban System.
Re-palletize and properly arrange packaging materials in designated storage areas.
Support inventory accuracy and warehouse KPI targets.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols, PPE requirements, and 8S practices.
Attend required trainings and company activities.
Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
