Job summary

Mets Cold Storage Services Inc. in Balagtas, Bulacan is seeking a Documentation Staff for Warehouse Operations to support the warehouse's documentation and administrative needs.

You will maintain records of inbound and outbound activities, ensure accuracy of receiving and dispatch documents, and coordinate with Warehouse Operations, Inventory, Transport, and Customer Service to keep transactions timely and compliant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Proven knowledge of warehouse documentation and admin tasks.
• Experience in logistics or warehousing is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, process, encode, and maintain accurate warehouse documents.
• Process and monitor documentation for inbound and outbound transactions.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of receiving and dispatch documents.
• Encode and update warehouse transactions and inventory data in systems.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports.
• Coordinate with departments for documentation needs and discrepancies.
• Monitor and maintain records of delivery receipts and related documents.
• Verify documents against system records and report discrepancies.
• Assist in tracking inventory movements and related documentation.
• Maintain organized filing for easy retrieval and retention.
• Assist in inventory counts, audits, and internal/customer reports.
• Monitor pending documents and coordinate for timely completion.
• Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of information.
• Follow policies and perform other tasks as assigned.
