Job summary

Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. is seeking a warehouse/ops professional to manage inventory, ensure accurate product handling, and uphold safety standards.

You will verify delivery accuracy, conduct cycle counts, oversee packaging and dispatch, and support cross-functional initiatives while following company policies. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Preferably with experience in direct selling, supply chain, logistics, sales, or similar work environment.
• Interpersonal & Organizational Skills: Effective communicator, adaptable, works independently or in a team, and performs well under pressure.
• Analytical & Technical Skills: Strong data analysis ability and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse operations with accurate inventory and safe product handling.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse following 5S, FIFO/FEFO, and safety practices.
• Verify delivery accuracy and product quality; document discrepancies and coordinate resolutions.
• Conduct cycle counts and physical inventory; oversee stock organization and dispatch.
• Participate in company events and cross-functional initiatives per policies.
