Job summary

Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a warehouse professional to ensure accurate inventory, safe handling, and compliant operations.

You will maintain a clean, organized storehouse, perform cycle counts, verify delivery quality, and support packaging and dispatch while aligning with 5S and FIFO/FEFO standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, or related field.
• Preferably experience in direct selling, supply chain, logistics, or similar work environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; data-driven with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Ensure effective warehouse management with accurate inventory and safe product handling.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse compliant with 5S and FIFO/FEFO.
• Verify delivery accuracy and product quality; document discrepancies and resolve.
• Conduct cycle counts, manage stock organization, and oversee packaging/dispatch.
• Participate in events and cross-functional initiatives while following company policies.

• Verify delivery accuracy and product quality, document discrepancies, and coordinate timely resolutions.




• Conduct cycle counts and physical inventory, manage stock organization, and oversee product packaging and dispatch.




• Participate in company events and cross-functional initiatives while adhering to company policies and procedures.

What Makes You A Great Fit:

• Preferably a bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, or related field.




• Preferably with experience in direct selling, supply chain, logistics, sales, or similar work environment.




• Interpersonal & Organizational Skills: Effective communicator, adaptable, works independently or in a team, and performs well under pressure.




• Analytical & Technical Skills: Strong data analysis ability and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
