Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. is seeking a reliable warehouse operations assistant in the Philippines to support daily receiving, inventory management, and merchandising to ensure stock availability and proper presentation.

You will verify deliveries, document receipts, assist in cycle counts, and support dispatch prep while adhering to safety standards and company policies. This role offers opportunities to grow with a top direct‑selling company across APAC.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business management, marketing, or related field.
• Preferably with experience in direct selling, supply chain, logistics, or related work.
• Strong communication, organization, and data‑analysis skills.

• Support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, and merchandising to ensure proper stock availability and presentation.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and secure warehouse while following safety and proper storage standards.
• Help verify deliveries, document receipts, and report any discrepancies or product quality issues.
• Support cycle counts, physical inventory activities, product organization, and dispatch preparation.
• Participate in company events and cross-functional initiatives while complying with company policies and procedures.

• Preferably a bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, or related field.
• Preferably with experience in direct selling, supply chain, logistics, sales, or similar work environment.
• Interpersonal & Organizational Skills: Effective communicator, adaptable, works independently or in a team, and performs well under pressure.
• Analytical & Technical Skills: Strong data analysis ability and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
