Job summary

Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. is seeking a warehouse associate in Cebu City to maintain accurate inventory, ensure proper product handling, and uphold safety standards. The role emphasizes 5S practices, FIFO/FEFO, and timely stock discrepancies resolution.

You will also conduct cycle counts, manage packaging and dispatch, and participate in cross-functional initiatives while adhering to company policies. Knowledge of MS Office and strong organizational skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, supply chain, logistics, or similar environment preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to work independently or in a team.
• Proficiency in data analysis and MS Office applications.

• Ensure effective warehouse management by maintaining accurate inventory, proper product handling, and compliance with safety standards.


• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse in line with 5S, FIFO/FEFO, and safety practices.


• Verify delivery accuracy and product quality, document discrepancies, and coordinate timely resolutions.


• Conduct cycle counts and physical inventory, manage stock organization, and oversee product packaging and dispatch.


• Participate in company events and cross-functional initiatives while adhering to company policies and procedures.
