Job summary

Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. is seeking an Inventory Controller to ensure inventory accuracy across systems and physical stock in a hybrid setup based in Quezon City.

You will investigate discrepancies, record transactions, and lead cycle counts while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in manufacturing inventory control, a IE/Manufacturing degree, and experience with NetSuite.

Qualifications

• 3+ years inventory control in manufacturing
• Bachelor’s degree in IE/Manufacturing engineering
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)
• Strong analytical and data validation skills
• Detail-oriented with proactive problem-solving
• Able to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Own inventory accuracy across system and physical stock
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and root causes
• Record inventory transactions accurately (issuances, returns, conversions)
• Lead cycle counts and month-end inventory activities with reconciliation
• Monitor inventory performance metrics and prepare reports
• Identify and implement process improvements for better control
• Support cross-functional inventory initiatives as needed

What You’ll Do:

• Own inventory accuracy by ensuring alignment between system records and physical stock across all materials.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, identifying root causes and preventing recurrence.
• Ensure timely and accurate recording of all inventory transactions, including issuances, returns, and conversions.
• Lead and support cycle counts and month-end inventory activities, including reconciliation and variance analysis.
• Monitor inventory performance metrics and prepare reports to support operational and business decisions.
• Identify and implement process improvements to strengthen inventory control and efficiency.
• Support other inventory and cross-functional initiatives as needed.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• At least 3 years of experience in inventory control within a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience using ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).
