Job summary

2GO Group is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to oversee day-to-day warehouse activities, including receiving, pick and pack, and dispatching. You will monitor operations, guide contractual staff, and ensure safety and efficiency while maintaining clean, organized spaces in line with GWP standards.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of relevant experience and a 4-year business degree. Strong leadership, communication, and system usage skills are required to succeed in this role.

• At least 1 year work-related experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Warehouse Supervisor in monitoring daily warehouse operations, particularly in receiving, pick and pack, and dispatching.
• Receiving
• Delivery Schedule Matrix per principal
• Ensure all stocks are received in good condition and complete based on reference documents.
• Pick Planning and monitoring pick and pack activity based on order priority matrix.
• Dispatching priority deliveries in a timely manner per area and resources.
• Report daily operations status to Warehouse Supervisor on an hourly basis.
• Assist in delegating daily tasks to contractual personnel.
• Ensure material handling equipment are in good condition.
• Guide and train new contractual personnel in their assigned task.
• Maintain orderliness and cleanliness of the work area per GWP standards.
• Submit periodic reports like Space Utilization, Pending Cargo, Daily Dashboard, Inbound Receiving, Daily Pallet Counts, Daily Walk Through, Daily Productivity, Daily Velcro Pallet Strap Inventory

As a Warehouse Coordinator you will be responsible for day to day of all warehouse activities including Pick and Pack Monitoring, Inbound and Outbound transaction monitoring.

What You’ll Do

• Assists Warehouse Supervisor in monitoring daily warehouse operations, particularly in receiving, pick and pack, and dispatching
• Receiving

• Guides and trains new contractual personnel in their assigned task.
• Ensures the orderliness and cleanliness of working area in accordance with GWP standards.
• Submit periodic reports such as:
