Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Pasig City is seeking a Warehouse Associate to verify shipments, manage inventory, and ensure accuracy in storage and records.

The role requires basic Excel and WMS familiarity, physical fitness, and flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or vocational graduate.
• College level is an advantage.
• Minimum 1 year of warehouse, inventory, or logistics experience preferred.
• Knowledge of warehouse processes and documentation.
• Ability to count accurately and pay close attention to details.
• Basic Excel knowledge and familiarity with WMS is a plus.
• Physically fit to lift and move warehouse stocks.
• Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
• Honest, reliable, and with good communication skills.
• Willing to be assigned to Pasig City.

Responsibilities

• Check and verify incoming and outgoing shipments against delivery receipts, invoices, pick lists, and other warehouse documents.
• Ensure the correctness of product quantity, quality, item code, batch number, and expiration date (if applicable).
• Inspect products for damages, defects, or discrepancies and immediately report findings to the supervisor.
• Perform receiving and dispatch checking activities in accordance with company procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of checked items and inventory transactions.
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel, forklift operators, and supervisors regarding inventory concerns.
• Assist in cycle counts and physical inventory activities.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of products within the warehouse.
• Follow warehouse safety policies and procedures at all times.
• Perform other related warehouse duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• At least High School Graduate, Senior High School Graduate, or Vocational Graduate.
• College level is an advantage.
• With at least 1 year of experience in warehouse operations, inventory checking, logistics, or related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory control, and documentation.
• Ability to count accurately and pay close attention to details.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and warehouse management systems is an advantage.
• Physically fit and capable of lifting and moving warehouse stocks when necessary.
• Can work under pressure and meet operational deadlines.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, holidays, and overtime if required.
• Honest, reliable, and with good communication skills.
• Willing to be assigned to any warehouse location as needed.
• Willing to work in Pasig City.
