Job summary

DHL Philippines is seeking a motivated warehouse picker to join our Pasig City team. You will accurately pick cases from assigned locations, operate forklifts or pallet jacks safely, and stage pallets for shipping according to specifications, ensuring order accuracy and timely processing.

The role requires good verbal and written communication, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick cases or cartons from assigned locations based on pick lists.
• Operate material handling equipment (such as pallet jacks or forklifts) safely and efficiently to move goods.
• Ensure order accuracy by verifying item numbers, quantities, and product conditions before staging.
• Prepare and stage pallets for shipping according to company and customer specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the picking area and adhere to warehouse safety standards.
• Report inventory discrepancies or damages to supervisors for immediate resolution.
