Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Operations Assistant to support daily warehouse activities, ensuring stock accuracy and presentation.

The role involves receiving, inventory control, and cooperation with cross-functional teams to maintain organized storage and safe operations. The ideal candidate may have a High School Diploma and prefer a Bachelor's in business-related fields, with emphasis on logistics or direct selling experience.

Qualifications

• Preferably a bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or related field.
• Preferably with experience in direct selling, supply chain, logistics, sales, or similar work environment.
• Interpersonal & organizational skills; effective communicator; works independently or in a team; remains productive under pressure.
• Analytical and data-analysis ability; proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, and merchandising to ensure proper stock availability and presentation.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and secure warehouse while following safety and proper storage standards.
• Help verify deliveries, document receipts, and report any discrepancies or product quality issues.
• Support cycle counts, physical inventory activities, product organization, and dispatch preparation.
• Participate in company events and cross-functional initiatives while complying with company policies and procedures.
