Personal Collection Direct Selling, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Operations Assistant to support daily activities in our Commercial Operations division in the Philippines.

You will help receive, store, and present stock, assist with deliveries, and maintain accurate inventory records. Ideal candidates have a business-related education or experience in direct selling, supply chain, or logistics, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Preferably a bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, or related field.
• Preferably with experience in direct selling, supply chain, logistics, sales, or similar work environment.
• Interpersonal & Organizational Skills: Effective communicator, adaptable, works independently or in a team, and performs well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, and merchandising to ensure proper stock availability and presentation.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and secure warehouse while following safety and proper storage standards.
• Help verify deliveries, document receipts, and report any discrepancies or product quality issues.
• Support cycle counts, physical inventory activities, product organization, and dispatch preparation.
• Participate in company events and cross-functional initiatives while complying with company policies and procedures.
