Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, or related field.
• Experience in direct selling, supply chain, logistics, or similar work environment preferred.
• Strong communication, adaptability, and teamwork abilities.
• Good data analysis skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Ensure effective warehouse management with accurate inventory and safety compliance.
• Maintain clean, organized, secure warehouse following 5S, FIFO/FEFO, and safety practices.
• Verify delivery accuracy and product quality; document discrepancies and resolve promptly.
• Conduct cycle counts, manage stock organization, and oversee packaging/dispatch.
• Participate in company events and cross-functional initiatives while following policies.
