Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. seeks a Warehouse Operations role to support daily warehouse activities, including receiving, inventory management, and merchandising to ensure stock availability and presentation.

The position involves verifying deliveries, documenting receipts, reporting discrepancies, supporting cycle counts and dispatch prep, and participating in company events while following policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, or related field.
• Experience in direct selling, supply chain, logistics, or similar environment.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; effective communicator who works well independently or in a team.
• Analytical and technical abilities; proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist daily warehouse operations including receiving and inventory management to ensure stock availability.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse following safety and storage standards.
• Verify deliveries, document receipts, and report discrepancies or product quality issues.
• Support cycle counts, physical inventories, product organization, and dispatch preparation.
• Participate in company events and cross-functional initiatives while complying with policies.
