Job summary

RBGM Medical Express Sales, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Administrative Assistant to support documentation, data entry, and inventory control. You will encode Receiving Reports in SAP/CRM, maintain filing systems, and assist with receiving, shipping, and cycle counts.

Familiarity with warehouse processes and MS Excel is required. 1+ year in supply chain or warehouse administration is preferred. Knowledge of medical supplies handling is a plus, and accurate data entry is essential for

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
1+ years in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Warehouse Administration preferred.
Proficiency in SAP/CRM and MS Excel.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Knowledge of warehouse, inventory and distribution processes.

Responsibilities

Documentation & Data Entry (Primary): Encode Receiving Reports (RR) and update tracking statuses in SAP/CRM. Maintain accurate filing systems and ad-hoc reports.
Receiving & Shipping: Verify incoming deliveries and report discrepancies. Coordinate with couriers for provincial shipments and documentation.
Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, track damaged/expired items, and assist with cycle counts.
