Qualifications

• 1+ years in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Warehouse Administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Documentation & Data Entry (Primary): Encode Receiving Reports (RR) and update tracking statuses in SAP/CRM. Maintain accurate filing systems, logbooks, and ad-hoc reports.
• Receiving & Shipping: Assist in verifying incoming deliveries and reporting discrepancies to Purchasing/Audit. Coordinate with couriers for provincial shipments and documentation.
• Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, track damaged or expired items, and assist with regular cycle counts.
