Job summary

Napintas Logistics and Distribution, Inc. is looking for a Warehouse Admin Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to our warehouse team in Paknaan, Mandaue City, Cebu.

You will ensure accuracy of inventory records, proper documentation, and smooth day-to-day warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining inventory records, preparing warehouse documents, coordinating with warehouse personnel, and ensuring that procedures are followed in handling Nestlé

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Experience in FMCG warehouse operations or warehouse administration.
• Knowledge of basic warehouse policies, procedures, and inventory processes.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling records and documents.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Ability to learn company product codes, terminology, and warehouse systems quickly.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to work on-site and support day-to-day warehouse activities.
