Pinnacle Quality Foods Inc. in Cebu, Philippines seeks a Site Logistics Assistant Manager to oversee warehousing operations for raw materials, packaging, and spare parts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of supervisory warehousing experience.
• Knowledgeable in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) backend processes.
• Strong leadership, integrity, interpersonal skills, communication, decision-making and stress tolerance.
• Must reside in or near Danao City, Cebu.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, lead and control warehousing operations for raw materials, packaging materials and spare parts.
• Direct and control activities to ensure smooth warehousing flow.
• Collaborate with Utilities & Facilities Engineering and service providers for warehouse utilities and equipment readiness.
• Monitor stock ageing and flag aging or near-expiry items for disposition.
• Ensure receiving, handling and storage guidelines are followed at all times.

Job description

The Site Logistics Assistant Manager is responsible for:

• Effectively planning, organizing, leading, and controlling the warehousing operations for raw, packaging materials, and spare parts.

• Directs and controls the activities in the area to assure the smooth flow of warehousing operations.

• Collaborates with Utilities & Facilities Engineering and Service Providers to ensure that all warehouse cold and dry storage, materials handling equipment, and other warehouse utilities are.

• Monitors the ageing of stocks on hand and flags aging/about-to-expire stocks for proper and timely disposition.

• Ensures the implementation of the prescribed receiving, handling, and storage guidelines for raw and packaging materials at all times.

Job Qualification

• Candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, or other related courses

• At least with five (5) years of supervisory work experience in warehousing management operations.

• Knowledgeable in the backend processes of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

• Must have strong leadership skills, a high level of integrity, good interpersonal relationships at all levels in the organization, effective communication skills, sound decision-making, and a high level of stress tolerance.

• Must be residing or have relatives in Danao City, Cebu or nearby municipalities.
