Job summary

E4 Software Services Pvt Ltd. is seeking a seasoned PLM Migration Architect to lead end-to-end data migration projects for Teamcenter. You will define strategies, analyze data models, and design scalable frameworks for migrations across versions and environments.

Responsibilities include leading technical migrations, defining integration scenarios with ERP/MES/CAD, and establishing governance, standards, and best practices. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of experience in PLM/Teamcenter.
• Strong expertise in Teamcenter architecture and data model.
• Extensive experience in PLM Data Migration architecture and execution.
• Strong knowledge of Teamcenter ITK, SOA, BMIDE, and customization.
• Experience designing migration frameworks and handling large-volume PLM data.
• Strong understanding of data mapping, transformation, cleansing, reconciliation, and validation.
• Good knowledge of SQL/Oracle databases.
• Experience with Teamcenter integrations and enterprise application landscapes.
• Strong experience in technical leadership and architecture/design activities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end PLM data migration strategy and architecture for Teamcenter.
• Lead migration of PLM data across different Teamcenter versions, environments, or legacy PLM systems.

• Design scalable migration frameworks for Items, Item Revisions, BOMs, Datasets, Documents, Forms, metadata, relationships, and other PLM objects.
• Define migration architecture covering data extraction, transformation, loading, reconciliation, and validation.
• Provide technical leadership for migration utilities using Teamcenter ITK, SOA, BMIDE, and other migration technologies.
• Define integration architecture between Teamcenter and enterprise applications such as ERP, MES, CAD, and other downstream systems.
• Establish migration standards, governance, reusable frameworks, and best practices.
• Lead migration assessment, feasibility studies, POCs, mock migrations, cutover planning, and production migration.
• Identify data quality issues and establish strategies for data cleansing and remediation.
• Review technical designs, migration scripts, mapping documents, and implementation deliverables.
• Coordinate with business, functional, technical, infrastructure, and offshore/onshore teams.
• Troubleshoot complex migration issues and provide architectural solutions.
• Define performance, security, scalability, and data integrity requirements.
• Prepare solution architecture, technical design, migration strategy, and implementation documentation.
