Job summary

PAN ASIA HR CONSULTING PH INC. is seeking a senior data migration professional to design and execute complex migrations in the banking and financial services domain.

The role focuses on phased or big bang approaches, data profiling, cleansing, transformation, and validation, with strong collaboration across business, technology, data, and vendor teams. You will manage multiple migration cycles, perform reconciliations, and ensure data integrity, security, and audit readiness while delivering

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in data migration, data management, or related roles.
• Strong banking/financial services experience, preferably core banking or capital markets.
• Hands-on with Trade360, FLEXCUBE, Murex, ACBS preferred.
• Expertise in profiling, cleansing, mapping, transformation, reconciliation, validation.
• Experience managing large-scale legacy-to-target migrations.
• Knowledge of SDLC and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.

Responsibilities

• Analyze legacy data structures and identify data quality issues, gaps, and inconsistencies.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute multiple data migration cycles including mock runs and cutover.
• Perform data reconciliation between source and target systems to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Monitor migration results and investigate data discrepancies or exceptions.
• Ensure migrated data meets integrity, completeness, quality, security, and audit standards.
• Prepare migration documentation, execution reports, validation results, and reconciliation logs.
• Collaborate with business users, technology teams, data teams, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Support UAT, defect resolution, production migration, and post-migration validation.
• Ensure migration activities comply with SDLC, Agile, governance, risk, and audit requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed source-to-target data mapping rules and transformation logic.

• Analyze legacy data structures and identify data quality issues, gaps, and inconsistencies.

• Plan, coordinate, and execute multiple data migration cycles, including mock runs and final cutover.

• Perform data reconciliation between source and target systems to ensure completeness and accuracy.

• Prepare and maintain migration documentation, execution reports, validation results, and reconciliation logs.

• Collaborate closely with business users, technology teams, data teams, vendors, and other stakeholders.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in data migration, data management, data transformation, or related technology roles.

• Strong experience in banking or financial services, preferably involving core banking or capital markets platforms.

• Hands-on experience with one or more of Trade360, FLEXCUBE, Murex, and ACBS is highly preferred.

• Strong understanding of data profiling, data cleansing, data mapping, transformation, reconciliation, and validation.

• Experience managing large-scale or complex legacy-to-target system migrations.

• Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile delivery methodologies.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively with business, technology, data, and external vendor teams.
