Job summary

Capgemini Engineering is seeking a Teamcenter specialist to design and implement end-to-end Teamcenter solutions based on business requirements. You will write design documents, support upgrades, and assist migrations from RAC to Active Workspace, contributing to IT software projects using the Teamcenter platform.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, share expertise on customization, ensure governance, and help optimize existing Teamcenter configurations while promoting design

Qualifications

• Proficient in Teamcenter technical knowledge including EDM, BOM, workflows, and data modeling.
• Able to map business needs to the PLM/Teamcenter framework.
• Experience designing for client/server and integrating third-party apps.
• Ability to install and configure multi-tier Teamcenter environments and diagnose issues.
• Experience with Teamcenter SOA customization and governance.

Responsibilities

• Propose, design and implement end-to-end Teamcenter solutions based on requirements.
• Write design documents for Teamcenter-based implementations.
• Support application teams in Teamcenter upgrades and migrations to Active Workspace.
• Participate in IT software projects using the Teamcenter platform.

Your Role

• Propose and designing and implementing end to end solution for Teamcenter application based on requirements
• Writing design documents for the Teamcenter based implementation
• Supporting application teams in Teamcenter upgrades
• Supporting application team in migration of Teamcenter client from RAC to Active workspace
• Participating as team member in IT Software projects using the Teamcenter platform
• Supporting project team by sharing expertise on how to customize Teamcenter efficiently
• Identifying and proposing optimizations of existing Teamcenter customization
• Learning and teaching design quality standards for Teamcenter customization and ensuring governance

Your Profile

• Teamcenter UA Products are technical knowledge such as Engineering Data Management, BOM Management Workflow, BOM Management, Change Management, Active workspace configuration and Customization, Teamcenter architecture and Data Model configuration.
• Skills in mapping business requirements to PLM/Teamcenter framework.
• Teamcenter Solution Designing for both Client and Server and integration with third party application such as SAP4Hana, Solid Edge and MCAD Tools.
• Experience in installing, configuring 2-Tier 4-Tier clients, file management server, dispatcher server CAD integration, Basic problem-solving skills to resolve Application issues, Troubleshoot and Conduct Root cause analysis.
• Teamcenter client server customization, Teamcenter services SOA customization.
