Job summary

Transcom is seeking a Vice President, Workforce Management to provide strategic direction for WFM across the AAPAC region, supporting operations in North America, Colombia, Asia Pacific, and India. The role leads regional WFM, sets governance and performance standards, and drives AI-enabled optimization to improve productivity and protect margins.

You will partner with Operations, Finance, HR, and Commercial teams to align capacity with demand, leverage advanced analytics, and deliver client

Qualifications

15+ years in Workforce Management, multi-country/BPO environments.
5+ years at Director level or above with regional scope.
Experience leading large WFM teams and driving AI-enabled improvements.

Responsibilities

Define and lead Transcom’s WFM strategy across the AAPAC region.
Forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling, and real-time management across multiple sites/clients.
Translate data into senior-level recommendations on capacity, cost, and risk.
Establish governance, standards, and operating rhythms across countries and delivery models.
Drive AI-enabled productivity improvements and workforce technology adoption.
