Job summary

Citi is seeking a Finance Reporting Lead Analyst, Vice President, based in Citi Plaza, Taguig, Philippines. The role reports to the Regulatory Reporting function and focuses on driving regulatory programs, data lineage, and automated workflows to ensure accurate submissions to local regulators and U.S.

Qualifications

• 6-10+ years in financial services regulatory reporting.
• Knowledge of U.S. regulatory reports FR Y-9C, FR Y-14, Call Report, FFIEC 009, FR Y-15.
• Able to navigate large organizations and create repeatable processes.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive the execution and governance of regulatory programs.
• Partner with Technology, Architecture, and Data teams to translate concepts into specifications.
• Monitor metrics and manage reporting quality and timeliness.
• Support process improvements for accuracy and efficiency in reporting.
• Provide support during regulatory inquiries and examinations.
• Collaborate with Risk, Finance, Audit for updates on regulatory developments.
• Implement U.S. regulatory changes within the reporting framework.
• Maintain an effective internal controls structure with Risk & Controls.
