Job summary

Citi in Manila is seeking a Senior Tech Lead to support regulatory governance and oversight across International Technology. The role emphasizes governance reporting, Board-ready materials, and cross-functional collaboration with regional partners.

Responsibilities include preparing management reports, coordinating information flows, and delivering high-quality PowerPoint/Excel outputs for senior management and regulators. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience of producing high quality and accurate reports for senior audiences in demanding timeframes.
• Experience of learning new work/activities quickly.
• Strong/intermediate experience of PowerPoint, Excel, Word and OneNote.
• Experience of using Teams & SharePoint to store/retrieve files.
• Extracting data from in-house systems.
• Experience of regulatory governance requirements would be an advantage.
• Experience of providing materials intended for formal Board meetings or regulators would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist with reporting to Governance committees including Risk & Control Committees, Executive Committees and Boards.
• Support wider Technology regulatory requirements.
• Producing regular and ad hoc high quality management reports in line with agreed reporting schedules and ensuring timely distribution against SLAs, using appropriate dissemination channels.
• Coordinating information flows from partners.
• Assist in the preparation of PowerPoint materials including refreshing templates or quality assuring work produced by others.
• Work as directed on PowerPoint and Excel data files; receipting, storing, amalgamating, and creating summaries of key themes.
