Qualifications

• 6-10+ years of experience in financial services and regulatory reporting.
• Intermediate knowledge of US regulatory reports (FR Y-9C, FR Y-14, Call Report, FFIEC 009, FR Y-15).
• Navigate large organizations to streamline and summarize information.
• Exceptional oral and written communication with ability to influence change.
• Strong problem-solving skills to identify conflicts and discrepancies.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive the execution and governance of regulatory programs, ensuring timely closure and compliance.
• Partner with Technology and Data teams to translate reporting concepts into specs and data lineage.
• Monitor metrics, identify challenges, and support processes to mitigate reporting risk.
• Drive process improvements to improve accuracy, efficiency, and transparency.
• Provide support during regulatory inquiries and examinations with accurate analyses.
• Collaborate with Risk, Finance, and Audit for regulatory updates and impact assessments.
• Work with peers on implementing US regulatory changes within the framework.
• Partner with Risk & Controls to maintain an effective internal control structure.
