Job summary

Citibank (Switzerland) AG in Taguig, Philippines, hybrid, seeks a Regulatory Analyst - APAC to monitor and assess regulatory disclosures, including substantial shareholdings and takeovers. You will prepare filings, ensure timely reports, and improve data controls while supporting multiple teams.

The role requires 2–4 years of relevant experience, strong research and analytical skills, and solid MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in client/counterparty/account data management within a global financial services organization.
• Strong research and analytical skills with a technical aptitude.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for disclosure obligations, including Substantial Shareholdings and Takeover disclosures.
• Prepare and submit accurate and error-free disclosure forms.
• Ensure daily DOI position reports are prepared and delivered before SLA deadlines.
• Maintain, implement, and improve procedures and controls for shareholder disclosures.
• Oversee and contribute to customer accounts, security and pricing data across multiple systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve data quality and client service levels.
• Act as backup for manager and guide team on performance and training needs.
• Drive delivery of project initiatives and supervise junior staff to ensure task completion.
• Assess risk when making business decisions and escalate issues with transparency.
