MicroSourcing, a leading offshore managed services provider in the Philippines, seeks a VP of IT to steer the company’s technology vision and execution. You will shape IT strategy and governance, oversee operations, and drive digital initiatives to support rapid growth.

You will build and lead distributed IT teams, manage budgets and vendor relationships, and champion security and resilience across enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT leadership experience.
• Strong background in IT strategy, infrastructure, applications, and security.
• Proven experience in leading large-scale IT projects and digital transformations.

Your Role:

As a VP of IT, you will:

• Lead and define the organization's overall IT strategy aligned with business goals and growth plans.

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• 10+ years of experience in IT leadership roles, with at least 5 years in a senior management capacity
• Strong background in IT strategy, infrastructure, applications, and security
• Proven experience in leading large-scale IT projects and digital transformation initiatives
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills

Preferred skills/expertise

• Experience in cloud transformation (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Familiarity with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, HRIS)
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and risk management
• Experience managing global or distributed IT teams
• Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or relevant leadership credentials
