Your Role:

• Define and execute IT strategies aligned with organizational goals and business priorities.
• Oversee IT operations, infrastructure, applications, and service delivery functions.
• Lead large-scale IT projects, digital transformation initiatives, and system implementations.
• Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and technology investments to ensure efficiency and ROI.
• Build and lead high-performing IT teams, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• 8–12 years of experience in IT, with at least 4–6 years in leadership or management roles
• Strong background in IT infrastructure, applications, security, and service management

Preferred skills/expertise

• Experience with cloud transformation (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Familiarity with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, HRIS)
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity and risk management frameworks
• Experience managing global or distributed IT teams
• Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or relevant leadership credentials
