Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, operations, or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in consumer, retail, FMCG, food, or related industries.
• Strong experience in operations leadership and business management.
• Proven track record in managing large teams and driving business growth.
• Strong commercial acumen with understanding of P&L and key business metrics.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee end-to-end consumer operations and business performance.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve revenue, profitability, productivity, and customer experience.
