Job summary

Q2 HR Solutions is seeking a highly experienced Vice President for Sales and Marketing to lead the full commercial strategy and revenue growth for a multi-brand lubricants business in the Philippines and export markets.

The role requires proven leadership in revenue growth, brand building, multi-channel sales, and international market development, with responsibility for P&L, pricing, trade spend, and channel strategy. Strong strategic and execution capabilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• MBA or postgraduate degree in Marketing/Business is a plus.
• Minimum 15–20 years of progressive Sales & Marketing experience.
• At least 7–10 years in senior commercial leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall sales and marketing strategy to drive revenue growth and profitability.
• Own and manage the commercial P&L, including revenue targets and margins.
• Develop long-term commercial plans for domestic and export markets.
• Oversee national sales across Philippines regions (Metro Manila, Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao).
• Build and strengthen distribution networks and manage key accounts.
• Drive multi-channel growth: traditional, modern, OEM, B2B, fleet, retail, e-commerce.
• Lead brand strategy and portfolio management for multiple lubricant brands.
• Develop marketing plans, trade programs, and digital campaigns.
