Qualifications

• Prior experience in reinsurance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders and/or projects.
• Outstanding analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of new, renewal and prospective business for facultative accounts including marketing, solicitation, research, financial analysis, placements and documentation.
• Develop and prepare presentation materials for new business, renewals and prospective clients.
• Produce and manage business development and revenue generation for assigned clients.
• Support best broking practices, including client proposals, market submissions and execution.
• Collaborate with other brokers, technical support and placement teams to ensure quality processes.
• Ensure business operations and documentation comply with standards.
