Job summary

Aon Philippines is seeking a Senior Broking Support, Facultative to join a diverse and professional team in Makati. The role focuses on coordinating client and reinsurer needs, preparing underwriting submissions, and providing technical support for reinsurance placements.

The candidate will work across Asia Pacific networks, manage project work, monitor revenue, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely documentation and billing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any discipline.
• 5+ relevant re/insurance experience preferably with exposure to Facultative Reinsurance.
• Proficient with MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Detail-oriented, multi-task capable and able to make/communicate difficult decisions.
• Organize tasks from various sources and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical requirements of clients and reinsurers and deliver projects.
• Maintain regular contact with clients and reinsurers to mitigate risks or develop opportunities.
• Prepare submissions and narratives using technical knowledge.
• Provide technical support for reinsurance placements, including renewals and mid-term adjustments.
• Update placement activity in broker systems with accurate data.
• Prepare and check contracts, endorsements and invoices.
• Coordinate with internal departments for prompt billing and documentation.
• Collaborate to manage credit control for outstanding payments.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and governance.
• Build relationships with clients and reinsurers and work on service improvement projects.
• Monitor revenue and prepare reports.
• Collaborate within Asia Pacific and Global Facultative network and assist in broker support team management.
