Qualifications

• Experience in property (re)insurance pricing, capital modeling, and/or catastrophe modeling.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in non-life (re)insurance.
• Excellent communication, presentation and project management skills.
• Strong ability to manage significant workflow and competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Communicate strategically with brokers, reinsurers, and clients to deliver high-value actuarial support.
• Build and apply complex models to assess risk and develop pricing across exposures.
• Evaluate and design optimized reinsurance structures considering earnings volatility and capital position.
• Apply AI-enabled approaches to streamline repeatable work and maintain actuarial standards.
• Mentor and train junior colleagues.
