Job summary

Guy Carpenter, a Marsh Philippines brand, is seeking a Reinsurance Credit Control Operations Analyst (Fiduciary) in Manila. You will manage workflow activities, act as client contact, and help optimize cash flow and fiduciary reporting across Asia portfolios.

Junior to senior levels are welcome. The role emphasizes collaboration with clients and reinsurers, RFP support, and proactive issue resolution within a hybrid Marsh environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing workload across multiple clients.
• Prior experience in credit control and/or fiduciary within the reinsurance sector would be a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to engage, influence and negotiate with clients, market contacts and colleagues in a professional manner.
• Strong creative problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work daytime in alignment with Asia time zones as this role covers Asia portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Record all activities in the workflow system to meet established payment, reporting, reconciliation and compliance requirements.
• Serve as client contact for day-to-day needs and provide answers to standard questions related to payment and activity, elevating to senior team members as needed.
• Identify cash flow problems/exposures, CSS Dashboard efficiency issues, or service delivery concerns and articulate impact of suggested options to senior team members.
• Maintain collaborative relationships with clients, prospects, and team to provide best in class service and drive growth.
• Assist with RFP activity by providing accurate and on-point reports on collection/remittance processes.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development activities to develop skills by sharing opinions, ideas, knowledge and solutions.
• Assist in reconciling outstanding fiduciary balances with clients and reinsurers.
• Follow up with clients and reinsurers for receivables.
• Propose and issue payments to clients and reinsurers.
• Assist in analyzing fiduciary metric balances.
• Minimize company’s exchange exposure when dealing with multi-currency.
• Assist with ad-hoc requests as required.
