Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant experience in Cash Management, Settlements or Operations.
• Strong understanding of liquidity management, funding, reserves and cost management.
• Risk and control mindset with executive-level communication.
• Experience driving strategic transformation across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Cash Management Operations across multiple entities.
• Partner with Settlements, Treasury, Technology and other Operations teams.
• Drive strategic initiatives around liquidity, funding, reserves and cost management.
• Manage Cash Management applications and align with market initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for funding optimization and operational efficiencies.
• Drive strategic direction and integration with global teams.
• Manage complex operational issues and ensure effective resolution.
• Strengthen operational risk, controls, audit and regulatory compliance.
• Translate data into meaningful business metrics and senior-management insights.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with global stakeholders.
